Redmond Wellness & Chiropractic SMS Terms & Conditions
Effective date: July 17, 2026 These terms govern the Redmond Wellness and Chiropractic appointment text messaging program operated by Mazzaferro Chiropractic, LLC.
Program Description
After you affirmatively opt in, Redmond Wellness and Chiropractic may send appointment notifications, reminders, updates, intake-form links, and two-way non-PHI appointment support messages to the mobile number you provide.
Consent
SMS consent is optional, is not a condition of purchase, treatment, or care, and applies to this clinic messaging program. You may continue an intake or appointment workflow without selecting the SMS consent checkbox.
Message Frequency And Charges
Message frequency varies based on appointments and patient requests. Message and data rates may apply according to your wireless plan.
Opt Out And Help
Reply STOP to opt out. You will receive one final confirmation and then no further text messages unless you complete a new opt-in. Reply HELP for help or contact info@redmondwellness.com or 541-923-2019.
Appropriate Use
SMS is not for emergencies, diagnosis, treatment, or protected health information. Call 911 for emergencies. Use an approved secure channel for medical or sensitive information. Delivery is subject to wireless-network availability, and carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how information is handled. Mobile information, text messaging opt-in data, and SMS consent are not sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.
Changes
We may update these terms and will post the revised effective date on this page.
